This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the website www.agentplus-group.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We process data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (Official Gazette of RS, No. 87/2018) and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR), where applicable.

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY

Visiting the website. When you open the website, your browser automatically sends technical data to our server: IP address, time of visit, the page you open and the browser type. The server keeps this data in a log, for website security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.

Contact and inquiry forms on the website. When you send a message or an inquiry about transport or customs clearance, we receive the data you entered: first and last name, company name, tax ID, telephone, email, pick-up and delivery addresses, details of the goods and the text of the message. We use this data only to reply to the inquiry and prepare an offer. Mandatory fields are necessary for us to reply. Without them we cannot process the inquiry. Legal basis: steps taken before entering into a contract, at your request.

Virtual assistant Plusko. Plusko is an automated virtual assistant in the lower right corner of the website. Plusko is not a person. For some questions it uses artificial intelligence (the Google Gemini language model). Plusko’s answers are for information only and can be inaccurate. Only our team gives prices, deadlines and conditions for a specific shipment. Do not enter personal or confidential business data into Plusko. Plusko does not need them.

  • Frequently asked questions that you select by clicking are not sent to anyone and are not recorded.
  • We keep the questions you type in a log on our server for 90 days, to improve the quality of answers for later searches. Before a question is recorded, the system automatically removes email addresses and telephone numbers. The log does not contain your IP address. Only website administrators can see it.
  • When Plusko does not find an answer among our approved answers, our server sends the text of the question to the Google Gemini service. Google does not receive your IP address, because our server sends the request, not your browser. Questions about prices and specific shipments never go to Google.
  • To protect against abuse, the server keeps a derived record (hash) of your IP address and the number of questions sent for 1 hour.
  • If Plusko offers a contact form, your name, email and question reach us by email. We use them only to reply to you.
  • The text of the conversation stays in your browser until you close the tab, so that it does not disappear when you move to another page. This text does not go to our server.

Legal basis: Data processing in connection with the use of the virtual assistant Plusko is based on the legitimate interest of Agent Plus to give website visitors timely information about its services, answer their questions, improve the quality and accuracy of the information provided and ensure the security and proper operation of the assistant in the field of transport and logistics.

Visit statistics (Google Analytics). If you consent in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the website and which pages they read. Google then sets cookies and receives data about your visit. Without your consent, Google Analytics does not load.

Legal basis: your consent.

3. WHO RECEIVES YOUR DATA

We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for commercial purposes. Only the service providers we work with have access to data, to the extent necessary for the operation of our website and the provision of our services:

  • mCloud d.o.o. (Plus Hosting), Kralja Milutina 55, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia: stores the website and the database. The website server is in Belgrade.
  • Google: Plusko’s answers (Google Gemini), visit statistics (Google Analytics) and the map.
  • Microsoft (Microsoft 365): company email (@agp.rs addresses).

Google processes questions from Plusko only on our instructions, as a processor, and does not use them to improve its products. Google keeps the questions for a limited time, only to detect abuse.

Data is provided to competent state authorities only when there is a legal obligation to do so.

4. TRANSFER OF DATA TO OTHER COUNTRIES

Google processes data in the United States of America and in other countries where it has servers. Personal data may be transferred to the United States of America. As the Republic of Serbia has not determined that the United States of America as a whole ensures an adequate level of personal data protection, the transfer is carried out with appropriate safeguards in accordance with Article 65 of the Law on Personal Data Protection, on the basis of standard contractual clauses concluded with the data recipient. You can request a copy of the safeguards at office@agp.rs.

5. HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA

  • Server log: access logs on shared hosting packages are kept for 30 days
  • Messages from forms (Contact page and Plusko): 1 year
  • Log of Plusko questions: 90 days
  • Record for protection against abuse: 1 hour
  • Cookies: the periods are listed in the Cookie Policy.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations, you have the right to:

  • receive information on whether we process your personal data, as well as access to that data and a copy of it;
  • request the correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request the erasure of personal data, when the legal conditions for this are met;
  • request the restriction of processing in the cases provided for by law;

If you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).

7. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

Agent Plus does not use automated decision-making, including profiling, that would produce legal effects for users or similarly significantly affect their position.

The virtual assistant Plusko uses artificial intelligence technology to provide information about our services, answer questions and help find relevant content on the website. Its answers are for information only and do not constitute automated decisions, binding offers or final assessments of specific transport requests.

All official offers, confirmations and other documents related to the services of Agent Plus are prepared and delivered to users through official business communication, by email, with appropriate authorization and the signature of authorized persons, as well as the company stamp, where applicable.
