1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small text files stored in your web browser when you visit a website. Their main purpose is to allow the website to operate properly, remember certain user settings and, with your consent, allow the collection of statistical data on how the website is used.
In addition to cookies, other similar technologies may be used to temporarily store information in the web browser, such as sessionStorage.
2. WHEN IS YOUR CONSENT REQUIRED?
In accordance with Article 160 of the Law on Electronic Communications (Official Gazette of RS, No. 35/2023), storing information or accessing information already stored on your device requires your prior consent, except where such actions are necessary for the transmission of a communication or to provide a service you have explicitly requested.
On your first visit to our website, a cookie notice is displayed through which you can choose the categories of cookies you accept. Necessary cookies are active at all times, while statistical and marketing cookies are activated only after we receive your consent.
3. TYPES OF COOKIES WE USE
On the Agent Plus website we use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:
3.1. Necessary cookies
These cookies enable the basic operation of the website, remember your settings and allow the proper use of the available functions. Their use does not require prior consent.
- pll_language – remembers the website language you selected. It is set by our website and kept for up to one year.
- cmplz_ – a group of cookies that remember your choices and settings regarding the use of cookies. They are set by our website and kept for up to one year.
- PH_HPXY_CHECK – a technical cookie set by the server of our hosting provider. It is deleted when you close the web browser.
- plusko-teaser-shown – data stored in the browser that lets the virtual assistant Plusko show its welcome message only once during a visit. It is deleted when you close the browser tab.
- plusko-chat-sr and plusko-chat-en – data temporarily stored in the browser to keep the content of the conversation with the virtual assistant Plusko when you move from one page to another. This data is not sent to the server and is deleted when you close the browser tab.
3.2. Statistical cookies
Statistical cookies allow us to analyze website traffic, understand how visitors use its content and improve its functions and the user experience.
- _ga and _ga_* (for example _ga_ABC123) – cookies set by Google Analytics to distinguish visitors, track visits and collect statistical data on website use. They last for up to two years.
These cookies are activated only after your consent.
3.3. Marketing cookies
Marketing cookies are used as part of integrated third-party services, such as Google Maps, which is available on our website. Their use may allow the service provider to collect certain technical data about your visit and your use of the map.
- Google Maps cookies – set by Google when the map loads, after you consent to the use of marketing cookies.
4. MANAGING COOKIES AND WITHDRAWING CONSENT
You can review, change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time through the “Cookie settings” option, available in the footer of our website.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
You can also delete or restrict cookies through your web browser settings. Note that deleting or blocking necessary cookies may affect the proper operation of parts of the website and its available functions.
