NOTICE REGARDING THE SUSPENSION OF NAVIGATION

We hereby inform you that, in connection with the exceptionally low water level on the River Danube and in accordance with Article 14 of the “General Agreement on the International Transport of Goods on the Danube” (the Bratislava Agreement), the maritime and river agency Agent Plus is declaring “Force Majeure” as of 23 September 2021 and suspending navigation on the Danube until navigation conditions improve.

Referring to the above and pursuant to Article 12 of the “Bratislava Agreement”, the maritime and river agency Agent Plus bears no responsibility for the agreed delivery deadlines for loaded goods.

In any case, the maritime and river agency Agent Plus assures you that our fleet will continue to sail to the sector up to which navigation conditions allow.
