AGENT PLUS GROUP CELEBRATES ITS 16TH BIRTHDAY WITH EMPLOYEES

 
“Employees are the driving force of the company”
With a formal celebration among its employees on 2 June, at the “Dardaneli” restaurant, the Agent Plus Group marked 16 years of successful existence and operations, business achievements and goals.
This was an excellent opportunity to bring together colleagues from Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro, as the company operates through five independent enterprises and six separate units in these countries, which over the years have helped make the Agent Plus Group one of the leaders in South-Eastern Europe in overseas container transport, river vessel transport with its own fleet with a capacity of 30,000 mt, the chartering of vessel space, and services in the fields of multimodal transport, freight forwarding and customs brokerage.
This year’s celebration was inspired by the theme of interpersonal relationships, which within the company are proof of progress, a cornerstone of successful business and the driving force of the company. A culture of cooperation, respect and open communication are the values that encourage employees at the Agent Plus Group to share ideas, solve problems and deliver outstanding results at work.
The founder and General Director of the Agent Plus Group opened the ceremony, stating: “It has been a pleasure over all these years to follow young people who came to Agent Plus as inexperienced fresh graduates or students, with little experience and many questions, with plenty of enthusiasm and a not-yet-crystallised vision… And so, they learn, they become confident, they use knowledge they already had without even being aware of it, they become stable individuals with attitude and creative ideas, and they take on their work with plenty of self-confidence and courage.”
The celebration included various activities that encouraged teamwork and shared festivity, and during the ceremonial part of the evening the traditional “Golden Helm” awards were presented, as a token of gratitude for successful cooperation and exceptional work and contribution to the business. Each award bears a unique number, making it a one-of-a-kind recognition by which the Agent Plus Group stands out within the business community.
From a team of just 23 employees back in 2007, the Agent Plus Group has built a strong presence on the market and today numbers more than 150 employees. It was precisely the quality interpersonal relationships and the trust among employees that were among the fundamental foundations on which the company built its success.
“Our company would not have achieved such success without the strong connection between all of us,” adds Mr Netković, telling employees: “Your dedication, loyalty and ability to work as one team are the key factors that have brought us to these results. This celebration is a reminder of our strength as a company and of the fact that only with trust and unconditional support can we overcome every challenge.”
