Professional Conference – Good Practice in Road Traffic and Transport
The General Director of the Agent Plus Group, Zoran Netković, attended the Second Scientific and Professional Conference with international participation, “Good Practice in Road Traffic and Transport”, held on 17 May 2024 in Belgrade, in his capacity as President of the Transport Sector of the Serbian Association of Employers and on behalf of the Agent Plus company. The conference was organised by the Academy of Technical and Vocational Studies Belgrade, with numerous participants from Serbia and abroad in attendance.
In his welcoming address, Zoran Netković highlighted the importance of this distinguished gathering and stressed the need for expert opinions and analyses to be directed towards improving cooperation between businesses and higher vocational schools and faculties in the field of road traffic, transport as a whole, and logistics. Given the rapid development of technology across all fields, the global interconnection of the world’s economies, and the ever-growing demands of the goods market for fast, high-quality and integrated transport services, transport and logistics companies have found themselves facing the priority task of keeping pace with such demands and offering new, creative solutions. Turbulent geopolitical developments further complicate the possible logistics solutions. That is why it is essential to find ways to connect theory and practice in a far better and more efficient manner. In this way, young and educated people would be properly prepared to take an active part in economic activities once their period of education is complete.
