Agent Plus marked 19 years of successful operations by hosting its traditional team-building event at the Ark Liberland nature park in Apatin. Colleagues from Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro came together in one place, confirming once again that togetherness, team spirit and mutual trust are among the company’s most important values.
The natural setting, the great mood and a rich sports programme all helped make this year’s gathering one of the finest yet. Although the weather was not ideal, not even the rain could spoil the atmosphere or the participants’ spirits. On the contrary, the time spent together outdoors, the laughter and the team spirit showed that the best moments are created precisely when we are together.
A special part of the programme was the series of sports competitions, in which employees demonstrated their competitive drive along with mutual support and fair play.
This year’s winners by discipline are:
- Fishing – Goran Stojkov
- Darts – Perica Baić
- Yamb – Vojislav Obućina
- Table tennis – Miroslav Đordan
- Volleyball – Perica Baić, Maja Hanžek, Marijan Milotić and Dušan Krstić
- Badminton – Milica Stanić
A special recognition was awarded for the MVP of the fourth “No-Compromise Get-Together”. According to the overall points standings, the title of most successful participant went to the company’s General Director, Mr Zoran Netković. However, in the spirit of team unity and support for his colleagues, he gave up the award and passed the title to his colleague Milica Stanić, who had the second-highest score right behind him — once again showing that mutual respect and appreciation are values Agent Plus nurtures every day.
The celebration of the company’s 19th anniversary was an occasion to look back on all the successes achieved over the previous years, and also to mark together the beginning of new challenges and opportunities. The gathering in Apatin confirmed once again that the strength of Agent Plus lies precisely in the people who make it up — in their energy, dedication and togetherness.
